Gone are the days of working off of rudimentary shop sketches, mulling through multiple manual machining techniques, and relying on teams of costly craftsmen to work through each custom cabinet one at a time.  At Seaside, the process begins with sophisticated CAD designs which include both the layout of a project as well as the detailed manufacturing of the entire project's individual parts.    

You can always gauge a custom cabinetry shop based on the size of its remnant piles.  As craftsmen work through each individual cabinet, they pick through the piles looking for that one special piece that can be used for a specific part.  At Seaside, our system takes all of the custom parts for an entire project and automatically "nests" them onto full sheets in a way that ensures the most efficient use of material.  Those are savings that we pass on to you.

Although our background is in hand crafting custom cabinetry, our focus today is on streamlining our manufacturing process.  At Seaside, we have eliminated the variables that are common place in traditional custom cabinet shops by incorporating a consistent, closed-loop, CNC production flow.  That translates into more reliable manufacturing and lower costs.

One of the most expensive processes of custom cabinet manufacturing is finishing.  At Seaside, we've simplified that costly process with our line of one piece doors and drawer faces that eliminate much of the labor intensive prep work involved in custom finishing.  CNC machined to stringent standards, our one piece doors and drawer faces are even purchased from us by other custom cabinet companies as well as several cabinet supply distributors throughout the state of Florida.

Over the years of manufacturing custom cabinetry, we've perfected our general cabinet design to allow for quick and accurate assembly without the need for a seasoned professional.  A few advantages that we've incorporated include: 

• Hidden dados for strength and easy part placement without the use of jigs or clamps
• 4" front and rear drawer stretchers and pre-drilled 5 mm holes for fast glide installation
• Pre-drilled 5 mm hinge plate holes for simplified and accurate door installation
• Pre-drilled 5 mm holes for adjustable shelves
• A solid 0.75" back panel for strength and quick cabinet squaring
• Pre-drilled 5 mm assembly screw holes that are used with our 2.5" assembly screws 

A Seaside custom cabinet can be assembled by a novice with a screw gun in just minutes.  Because of that, we offer our custom cabinets as carefully wrapped and labeled RTA's as well as affordable fully assembled units.  Either way, we will deliver your custom cabinetry to your job site or your place of business free of charge.
